Client Request
The client requested a fast, affordable solution for creating website and mobile apps for small-medium businesses, aiming to strengthen their online presence, create an individual online presence and increase competitiveness with larger companies. Key objectives included:
- Rapid Launch: Customer has requested a system for a quick and affordable track of user engagement and enhanced cooperation with customers.
- Enhanced Customer Connection: Implement a system with an ability to send promotional notifications to boost secondary sales after initial conversions, fostering a stronger, more consistent presence in customers’ daily lives.
- Seamless Integration: Customer requested integration with existing e-commerce infrastructure, allowing businesses to build on their current core systems.
- Subscription Support: Subscription-based model needed to be build that includes support, necessary updates, and regular feedback to reduce long-term support expenses.

Challenges
