During the quarantine, many fitness trainers went online. Reigns is a project that allows you to train in the format of online video tutorials and receive recommendations from qualified trainers.

One of the directions of the project is to help people with diabetes.

Reigns can help you regulate your diet, give advice on workouts or daily activities, and thus normalize your sugar levels based on personal information.

Challenges

The client appealed  to us with the project prototype and set the following set of tasks for the New Line Technologies team:

• Create a website assistant for online training;
• Organize monitoring user data in the administration system;
• Implement a self-service portal for the support department;
• Automate solutions to email-marketing problems;
• Develop a strategy for buying video training.

Solutions

• In a short time, a unique application was developed for distance training for weight loss, targeted at people with various diseases (for example, diabetes);
• Viewing statistics and tracking the progress of users;
• Integrated payment system Stripe, with different types of subscriptions and sold products;
• It is planned to introduce the possibility of payment by means of cryptocurrencies;
• Integrated SendGrid email service
• Automated the work of marketing, sales, or support departments who want to communicate with customers as efficiently as possible through the implementation of Freshchat – modern communication software;
• There is an agile control system for every user which helps to receive recommendations, scheduled daily tasks and lists of the ingredients to consume;
• Mobile application is under developing. 

Results

Reigns is a product adapted to the new realities of life with Covid-19, allowing you to exercise from home. This solution will help not only adapt to changes of the quarantine and stay in industry but also enter the international market.
